FANUC A06B-6050-H203 control Retrofit

The Fanuc A06B-6050-H203 is an AC Servo Velocity Control Unit for two axes (Model 0/5, 0/5). It provides precise speed control of AC servo motors in CNC-controlled machines and handles power processing as well as the regulation of the connected servo axes. The unit is designed for use in CNC machining centers and machine tools operating with the Fanuc drive system. It simultaneously controls two axes, each with a motor from the 0/5 series (L-axis and M-axis). Compatible boards within the series include the A16B-1200-0520 and the A20B-1001-0470, which are used as a pair. The A06B-6050-H203 features integrated protection functions, including monitoring for high-voltage alarm (HV), high-current alarm (HC), low-voltage alarm (LV), overcurrent alarm (OVC), tachogenerator loss (TG), and DC discharge alarm. These protection circuits ensure safe operation and enable rapid fault diagnosis during active use.
